Emmaty Exteriors was founded in 2013 by Hector and Madeline, two entrepreneurs who envisioned a different kind of company where innovation, inclusion and technology would help in the transformation of the industry. The name of the company comes from the combination of the names of their two little kids, Emily & Matthew 🙂 Hence Emmaty!.

Madeline & Hector
Madeline Cabrera, Ph.D
Dr. Cabrera comes from a background in Engineering and Research & Development in the areas of Home Automation, Systems Engineering, and Renewable Energy. She is the holder of the Construction Supervisor License (CSL) for Emmaty Exteriors and is committed to delivering a unique service experience for each homeowner by building value through dedication, experience, and innovation in every project.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University and completed her Ph.D in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.
Dr. Cabrera was awarded a Postdoctoral Research Fellow from the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University.
Hector Cabrera
Hector has 25 years of experience in the remodeling, maintenance and home building industry, holding several positions from onsite work to operation roles.
Hector quickly became known in Massachusetts as a remodeler and builder with a passion for quality and implementing continual improvement.
Emmaty Exteriors, which he founded in 2013, is a perfect extension of Hector’s passion for steadily improving the performance of any and all processes involved in residential construction, customer service, and business management.
